  • This role involves creating and maintaining scalable, efficient backend systems using modern technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Cloud Load Balancing, Redis, asyncio, OAuth2.0, Pub/Sub (Protobuf), and Google Firestore.
  • You will be working closely with Large Language Model libraries like Langgraph and Pinecone.
  • To succeed in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of backend development best practices including system design, performance optimization, async frameworks, and scalable architecture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer pain points and requests through thorough analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions by designing and planning them effectively.
  • Write high-quality backend code for new features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Enhance LLM orchestration by streamlining processes and optimizing workflows.
  • Establish infrastructure for feature implementation, guaranteeing scalability and reliability.
  • Cultivate data observability and error tracking capabilities to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Conduct rigorous manual and automated testing to guarantee the highest level of quality.
  • Deploy fixes and iterate on customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building robust backend systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • The ability to quickly evaluate tradeoffs and make sound technical decisions that drive business success.
