Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced school principal to lead our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting high standards of education, developing effective recruitment strategies, and improving the overall academic performance of students.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous learning among students, teachers, and staff.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit and retain high-quality teachers.
- Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal observations, and provide constructive feedback to improve teacher performance.
- Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, libraries, and laboratories to enhance student engagement and academic achievement.
- Ensure timely and transparent administration of term tests and examinations.
