Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a senior member, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

In addition, you will participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality, troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. You will also mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to help them grow in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in web development, with hands-on experience in the MERN stack, proficiency in JavaScript and its modern frameworks and libraries, experience with React.js and Node.js, understanding of Express.js and MongoDB, knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, familiarity with Git and version control, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required. Additional qualifications such as experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and SASS, experience with TypeScript, and understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT, are considered a plus.
