Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining calendars.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising junior staff, coordinating events, and overseeing budgets.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an academic setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
