About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Party to lead our flagship tuberculosis program in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy, focusing on innovative approaches to address the complex challenges of TB in Pakistan.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of technical experts, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of program plans, budgets, and monitoring systems, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and Mercy Corps policies.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Public Health or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in public health program management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tuberculosis program management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
