About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our business development team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for procuring comprehensive information on data tracked by various departments, building and maintaining relationships with external contacts.

The Role: This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will engage directly with external stakeholders daily, developing and honing your communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure comprehensive information on data tracked by various departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts.
  • Assist in resolving client questions related to verifying information via company contacts and assist in audits on department datasets to reduce errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (B.Com., BBA, M.Com., MBA).
  • Advanced proficiency in English communication.
  • Candidate working in BPO sector for US process preferred.
  • Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
