Senior WordPress Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to lead the development of complex projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience with WordPress, including its core functions, architecture, and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development

Create responsive and mobile-friendly designs for WordPress sites that meet client requirements. Utilize third-party APIs and services to enhance site functionality.

Integration and Optimization

Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress sites to improve user experience and site performance. Optimize WordPress sites for speed and performance by leveraging caching techniques, minification, and compression.

Troubleshooting and Leadership

Identify and troubleshoot issues with WordPress sites, providing timely solutions to ensure project delivery. Lead the development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing their concerns.

Requirements
  1. WordPress Expertise

Extensive knowledge and 4+ years of experience with WordPress, including its core functions, architecture, and development best practices.

API Integration

Familiarity with WordPress APIs, including the REST API, to integrate WordPress with other services and platforms.

Debugging and Testing

Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques, as well as testing frameworks such as PHPUnit, to ensure the quality of code.

E-commerce Experience

Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and extensive payment gateway integration skills to support e-commerce projects.
