Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our offshore construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preliminary Cost Advice: Provide detailed cost planning and advice for our offshore construction projects.
  • Procurement Strategies: Develop effective procurement strategies and advise on best practices.
  • Cost Planning and Control: Conduct thorough cost planning and control during project stages.
  • Tender Documentation: Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts and handle cost control during construction.
  • Final Account Settlements: Conduct final account settlements and reconcile project costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of construction costs and contract administration, proficiency in estimation software packages such as CostX, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift.
