About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Yuoth Tracker to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting daily contacts with youth, managing behaviors, and developing helping relationships.

This role involves working with a diverse range of youth and families, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to navigate complex situations, think critically, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Youth Support: Provide daily support to youth, focusing on behavior management, documentation, and communication.
  • Family Engagement: Engage with families, fostering positive relationships and promoting collaboration.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events, foster partnerships, and promote our organization's mission.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and timely records, including discharge information, and enter data into our tracking systems.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
  • At least 3 months of experience working with youth and families or a related field.
  • A clean driving record, active driver's license, registration, and vehicle insurance are mandatory.
  • The ability to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR) is essential.
