Academic Nursing Educator

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished educator to teach undergraduate nursing students and contribute to academic programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching, research, and clinical expertise.
Main Responsibilities:- Teach BScN classes for courses such as Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Nursing Research, and Paediatrics.
- Develop and review curriculum, teaching activities, and course materials to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
- Foster a learner-centred approach through effective use of teaching skills and technology to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Conduct research and contribute to academic programs by developing new knowledge and best practices in nursing education.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to students to help them achieve their full potential and develop into skilled and compassionate nurses.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching, learning, and research skills, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of their field.
- Administer exams and assessments to evaluate student learning and progress.
- Prepare course outlines, class schedules, and exam materials to ensure that all aspects of the course are well-planned and executed.
- MScN with at least 4-5 years of teaching experience or BScN with MPH and relevant experience.
- Valid PNC registration and publication in a recognized journal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Clinical competence and sound judgment, with a deep understanding of nursing practice and its application in various contexts.
