We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to oversee and optimize supply chain operations for our e-commerce wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Support
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, aligning with our customer service goals.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement, driving business growth.
Inventory Management
  • Monitor and update stock levels across multiple platforms and warehouses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze sales trends and seasonal demand to forecast inventory needs, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
Logistics and Fulfillment Coordination
  • Coordinate shipping schedules with logistics partners to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time performance and resolve any logistical issues that arise.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Present supply chain performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Apply analytics to support demand forecasting and inform stock replenishment decisions.
Operational Efficiency
  • Streamline supply chain processes to reduce costs and enhance lead times, supporting business agility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards, upholding our brand reputation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on stock availability and order status to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or wholesale environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Certification in supply chain management is an asset.
Job Details
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years
  • Shift: Night Shift (9:00 pm - 5:00 am)
  • Days: Monday to Saturday
