Drilling Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Drilling Operations Manager to oversee drilling and well construction activities at the rig site.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to make quality decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and control drilling operations to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Mobilize and verify inventory, equipment, and services necessary for the job.
• Establish strong administrative control at the rig site and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Implement Drilling Performance Plans to optimize performance delivery.
• Develop onsite execution plans and standing instructions for service providers.

Qualification Requirements:

• Professional or graduate engineer in Mining, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or Technical diploma.
• Drilling operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• IWCF well control certification (supervisory level).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling operations, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience working in North Pakistan is preferred.
