Senior Automation Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality assurance team and drive software testing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Drive Behavior-Driven Development initiatives and oversee automation execution.
  • Define comprehensive test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, development, and DevOps teams to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications using modern automation tools.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect management.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 4+ years in automation testing.
  • Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
  • Expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies.
  • Strong proficiency with scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, or similar) for automation.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
