Agha Steel Industries Limited is committed to delivering exceptional Building Materials solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Building Materials Sector Head to join our Karachi office team and lead our sales efforts in this critical sector.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion, leveraging expertise in the Building Materials sector.
- Foster Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team, helping them to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Industry Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the Building Materials industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to identify business opportunities and drive innovation within the company.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving sales targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales growth and efficiency.
