  • Optimize pipeline generation through outbound efforts by leading a team of skilled representatives.
  • Cultivate strong executive relationships within key Public Sector entities to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives through accountability, coaching, and ongoing training to enhance their performance.
  2. Develop and maintain strategic prospecting, organization, and objection handling skills to win new business.
  3. Understand pain points and procurement processes within departments to align them with our solution.
  4. Drive consistent meeting quality and exceed monthly quota expectations.
  5. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Leadership to improve qualification guidelines and processes.
  6. Maintain CRM hygiene to track key metrics and promote right behaviors.
  7. Enhance productivity and meeting quality using sales methodologies, tools, and professional development initiatives.
