We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position within our organization, requiring a results-driven individual who can develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate a robust network of clients, and conduct thorough market research to gauge customer needs and preferences.
  • Your role will also involve presenting and demonstrating products to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and providing prompt after-sales support.
  • In addition, you will prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and market research.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide prompt and effective after-sales support, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a results-driven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with LED lighting products and technology is an advantage but not essential.
