Visual Content Creator

We are looking for a talented Visual Content Creator to join our team and take charge of designing top-tier visual assets.

About the Role:

  1. Create engaging and high-quality A+ content and listing images for Amazon product listings.
  2. Develop graphics that highlight product features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand brand vision and product details.
  4. Ensure all graphics meet Amazon's guidelines and standards.
  5. Continuously optimize and update content based on performance data and feedback.
  6. Closely collaborate with clients and account managers to grasp project objectives, target audiences, and brand identity guidelines.
  7. Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets that effectively communicate client messages across branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and website design.
  8. Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, priorities, and resources to deliver exceptional work that exceeds client expectations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually innovate creatively.
  10. Create captivating logos that align with client branding and vision.
  11. Develop engaging social media posts to boost online presence.
  12. Design innovative packaging solutions that align with client branding and project objectives, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  13. Maintain effective communication with other relevant team members to ensure the success of projects.
  14. Apply video editing skills to enhance multimedia content, including social media videos and campaign presentations (optional).
  15. Manage digital assets while strictly adhering to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Canva, and other relevant design software.
  2. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  3. Ability to work independently, showing initiative and creativity in executing projects with minimal supervision.
  4. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all designs are of high quality and meet standards.

Portfolio:

  1. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work (A+ Content portfolio is a plus).
  2. A portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, UI design, and motion.

Education:

A degree or certification in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.

Availability:

Ability to work onsite as required.
