IT Risk Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:
This role supports senior management in developing and executing an audit strategy to mitigate IT risks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science, preferably with experience in Python programming.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with the Chief Internal Auditor and Audit Committee to develop and review the annual internal audit plan.
- Designing and executing internal audits to assess IT systems and infrastructure, including system applications and processes.
- Creating audit frameworks, templates, and checklists to ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Conducting thorough IT audits and preparing detailed reports for review.
- Presenting audit findings to the Audit Committee through engaging presentations.
- Reviewing and refining IT management policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
- Ensuring adherence to Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university, or a degree in BS or BCS with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience with Python programming is preferred but not mandatory.
