Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Your expertise in accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment runs, will be essential to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire P2P cycle, from invoice receipt to payment issuance.
  • Ensure SAP S/4HANA system data accuracy and integrity.
  • Handle vendor inquiries and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor open items, GR/IR accounts, and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.
  • Guarantee compliance with internal controls, firm policies, and external audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and other finance teams to optimize P2P processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant P2P/Accounts Payable experience in a professional services or audit/accounting firm environment.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (P2P/AP modules required).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
