Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

  • • Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
  • • Timings: 12:00PM-9:00PM
  • • Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business processes and customer behavior.

  • • Identify emerging trends, competitors actions, and customer preferences to support strategic initiatives.
  • • Use advanced Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools to process data and ensure accuracy.
Reporting & Visualization:

Present complex data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and market trends.
  • • Provide insights that influence product and business strategies.
Market & Customer Insights:

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to generate insights that support marketing, sales, and product development strategies.

  • • Work closely with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to provide valuable data-driven insights.
  • • Stay updated with industry trends and new analytics methodologies to continually improve insights capabilities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and improve the efficiency of reporting tools and systems.

  • • Ad-hoc analysis requests from various departments to solve business challenges.
  • • Continuously seek ways to optimize data-driven decision making.
