The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in SEO with a focus on link building and on-page optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire high-quality backlinks through various methods, including guest blogging, outreach, and directory submissions.
  • Manage existing backlinks, fixing broken links and evaluating their performance.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Audit the website regularly for technical SEO health and user experience improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with website owners and industry influencers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
