Quality Assurance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a QA Architect, you will play a key role in designing and developing test automation frameworks, providing consultation on complex testing strategies, and leading urgent issues and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test automation frameworks to enable efficient testing across successive projects.
  • Provide expert consultation on complex testing strategies to ensure project success.
  • Lead urgent issues and projects, ensuring timely communication and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to test and business functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with process, practice, and technology developments to enhance testing solutions.
  • Identify suitable tools and technologies to align with existing development function and team skill-set.
  • Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques to design and deliver comprehensive testing methodologies.
  • Create and validate automated scripts for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.
  • Lead definition and implementation of automation techniques and adherence to standards.
  • Apply Testing Lifecycle Management principles in project contexts.
  • Mentor the quality assurance team and evaluate candidates for open positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related industries.
  • Proven experience with Performance and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with Selenium using JAVA, JMeter, Appium & Git.
  • Experience building and using testing frameworks for release engineering.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum background is essential.
  • Excellent communication with engineering teams is required.
