Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineers with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Operators or EPC companies are required to perform mechanical maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance and repair of Transmission Pipelines and static equipment at various locations within the Transmission department.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience in supervising welding repairs on high-pressure Transmission Pipelines across the company's network.
  • Applying expert-level knowledge and experience in performing cold cutting on high-pressure pipelines of the Transmission network.
  • Employing expert-level knowledge and experience in hot tapping on high-pressure Transmission pipelines.
  • Preparing and reviewing pre-task work (PTW), risk assessments, and job hazard analyses (JHA) for all pipeline jobs.
  • Capable of preparing maintenance revenue and capital expenditure (capex) budgets for mechanical equipment.
  • Managing the maintenance of rotating equipment, including pumps, generators, etc.
  • Oversight of the maintenance workshop equipped with lathe machines, balancing machines, etc.
  • Familiarity with working on Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning/Computerized Maintenance Management System (ERP/CMMS).
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Operators, or EPC companies.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience in Transmission Pipeline operations and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP/CMMS for efficient workflow management.
