Job Title: Warehouse Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the raw materials related to martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of materials such as cotton fabric, polycotton, PU/PVC leather, foam, Velcro, and elastic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely supply of quality materials to the production department while maintaining accurate stock records. This role requires strong organizational and recordkeeping skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in stock handling.

In addition, the candidate should be proficient in using ERP software for inventory control, familiar with FIFO/FEFO inventory methods, and possess basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems).

The selected candidate will work closely with the procurement and production teams to coordinate material requirements and ensure smooth operations. Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage raw materials inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols

  • Perform regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management
  • In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment
  • Proficient in using ERP software for inventory control
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
  • Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory methods
