Job Description:

As a senior MERN stack developer, you will be responsible for developing effective and scalable code in adherence to industry best practices. This involves enhancing the functionality of existing systems continuously to meet evolving requirements. Additionally, you will implement robust security measures and data protection solutions for application safeguarding. Your tasks also include evaluating and prioritizing feature requests in alignment with business objectives, collaborating closely with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions, and contributing to the successful execution of projects by closing international leads.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a MERN stack developer. In-depth knowledge and proficiency in MongoDB, NodeJS, Express, and React is essential. You should have strong expertise in Node.js and its frameworks, particularly Express, and a deep understanding of front-end JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on React. Proficiency in deploying NodeJS applications and working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, including familiarity with common CSS frameworks, are also required. Proven experience in implementing applications using React.js and creating front-end applications using HTML5 are significant assets. Furthermore, expert-level experience with MongoDB and SSL, along with familiarity with RESTful principles, is expected. Hands-on experience with cloud computing and DevOps is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
