We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator, with a focus on communications management.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing and branding principles.

  1. Monitor reports: Oversee daily, weekly, monthly reports of the digital marketing department.
  2. Provide reporting dashboards: Offer daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards to management.
  3. Track projects: Keep track of all projects, tasks, and timelines of the digital marketing department.

Responsibilities also include coordinating meetings, creating agendas, recording meetings, providing minutes with action items, ensuring action items are in the system, monitoring progress, and triggering issues and inactivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Pro Level, social media management tools, and content management systems, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
