Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Freight Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing the interface with shippers and carriers, ensuring high-quality service and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for shippers throughout the load cycle.
  2. Maintain close relationships with carriers, serving as their primary point of contact during the load cycle.
  3. Collaborate with commercial and fulfillment teams to achieve business targets and KPIs by following up on all load touch points.
  4. Understand individual account needs to meet client service quality expectations.
  5. Receive job orders from clients, revise orders to ensure necessary data is obtained, and create successful loadboards.
  6. Coordinate job orders with relevant teams before execution.
  7. Follow up on load execution, updating shippers on shipment status and any delays or additional fees.
  8. Evaluate SLAs compliance throughout the execution process.
  9. Provide accurate information using appropriate methods and tools.
  10. Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and escalate to Account Managers as needed.
  11. Engage in sprints with stakeholders to contribute to key objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office/Gsuite).
  • Well-organized, able to multitask.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong command of English; Urdu and Arabic are a plus.
  • Professional manner, presentable, punctual, and strong ethical code.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
