
Business Opportunity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities- Opportunity Identification: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- Clients Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to identify potential areas for growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on business goals and deliverables.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure the smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
