As a senior engineering leader, you will spearhead the planning and development of projects across various sites.

You will oversee project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, conducting feasibility studies, and managing project resources effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals. They should also have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree.

A strong understanding of planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In addition, proficiency in project management software and tools is necessary. The role involves collaborating with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
