Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Digital Experience Designer to lead our team in delivering top-notch digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience overseeing the design of all digital materials and managing a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital design for all projects, ensuring user-friendliness and effectiveness
  • Guide and inspire a team of designers to create a strong, design-focused culture
  • Talk through design ideas with clients to ensure alignment
  • Use design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to craft compelling designs
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and push the team to learn and try new things
  • Nail the basics of design, like typography and layout, in every project
  • Work smoothly with developers to turn designs into reality without hitches
  • Dig into user research to make designs that people will love and use
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the field
  • Excellent communication skills, able to comfortably converse design with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
  • Up-to-date design knowledge and willingness to constantly learn and evolve
  • A solid understanding of basic design principles: typography, layout, etc.
  • Excellent hand-off skills for design to developers
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
  • Understanding of UX Concepts
