Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Content Creation Specialist with up to 2 years of experience to join our team at Wolfiz Solutions.

About the Role

This hybrid position is perfect for someone who can effectively communicate complex ideas through both structured documentation and engaging content. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of both technical writing (such as proposals and requirement documentation) and content writing (such as blogs and web content).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting Technical Proposals: Assist in drafting technical proposals and documentation to support client projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs): Create and maintain FRDs and SRS documents with input from technical teams, highlighting key features and requirements.
  • Project Diagrams: Develop clear and visually supported project diagrams including flowcharts and architecture overviews using tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io.
  • Content Writing: Write engaging website content, blog posts, and case studies aligned with the company's branding and tone, showcasing expertise and creativity.
  • Information Translation: Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences, facilitating effective communication.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing and content writing, ideally in a software development or IT environment.
  • Understanding: Basic understanding of technical documentation including proposals, FRDs, and system design diagrams.
  • Marketing Content: Experience writing marketing content, blog articles, and web copy is a strong plus.
  • Documentation Tools: Familiarity with documentation and diagramming tools like Google Docs, MS Word, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent written English with attention to detail and tone.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
