Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Operations & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Power Plants equipment (DGs, rectifiers, batteries, solar systems, transformer etc) and Switching Network (MSAGs, MSANs, DSLAMs), DRS Systems, GPON Network and Air conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DG sets, rectifiers, batteries, and allied equipment.
• Manage MSAGs, MSMIs, DSLAMs, ZTE TDM Exchanges and DRS systems.
• Maintain optimal environmental conditions through proper AC operations.
• Monitor networks, conduct audits, and ensure quick fault rectification.
• Coordinate effectively with FESCO and civic agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Sc Engineering in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Average business understanding.
