We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team, responsible for developing engaging graphics for digital and print media.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

You will lead multiple projects simultaneously, creating practical yet creative design solutions that meet brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, banners, brochures, and presentations.
  • Produce creative design solutions aligned to brand guidelines from conceptualization to execution.
  • Lead multiple projects, including brand identity, advertising, on-offline campaigns, design briefs, create layouts, and final artwork.
  • Support website updates and creative support for ISP India schools as needed.
  • Ensure visual identity consistency across all schools through regular audits and review meetings.
  • Provide design and development support for new schools joining the ISP network.
  • Build a central repository of editable designs and assets for use across all ISP India schools.
  • Offer editing support for video marketing content produced across ISP schools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design projects.
  • Experience in photography, photo editing, videography, and post-production.
  • Location: Hyderabad.
