About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for generating new business opportunities, particularly within the Google Ads space, focusing on lead generation and e-commerce. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of Google Ads and its potential for lead generation and e-commerce businesses will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry databases, and other online resources.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
  • Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with potential clients and showcase the value of our services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers at target companies.
  • Manage the appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and the sales team.
Upwork Management:
  • Actively manage our Upwork profile, responding to proposals and securing new projects.
  • Identify relevant projects on Upwork and craft compelling proposals to win new business.
Client Communication:
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify them further.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
CRM Management:
  • Accurately track and manage all lead and prospect information in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
