Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Shahzad Hammad Traders. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets, maintaining and increasing sales of Turk Plast products, establishing new markets and customers, and setting sales targets for individual sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and surpass sales targets profitability through effective sales strategies and strong negotiation skills.
  2. Maintain and increase sales of Turk Plast products by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers.
  3. Establish and maintain new markets and customers through targeted marketing campaigns and exceptional customer service.
  4. Set sales targets for individual sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  5. Analyze sales figures to develop effective sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collect data from the market on competitors, pricing, and promotional schemes to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned territory through regular visits and communication with customers.
Additional Tasks:
  1. Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance to management.
  2. Promote the Turk Plast brand to existing and potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
  3. Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to showcase the company's products and services.
