  • They will manage office services by organizing correspondences, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions, and executing equipment procurement plans.
  • This role involves ensuring office efficiency by conducting reviews and analysis of special projects and maintaining open communication with management.
  • The selected candidate will prepare annual budgets, plan expenditures, analyze variances, and implement necessary corrections to meet office financial objectives.
  • Able to develop and implement effective filing systems.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
