Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing professional to join our team as a B2B Event Strategist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our conferences and events to a targeted audience of business professionals worldwide.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing software and social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and digital advertising initiatives to engage the target audience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and attendance growth.
  • Analyze marketing data to determine campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing materials and promotions that drive conversions.
  • Build relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to secure media coverage and speaking opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Fresh or experienced in B2B marketing, preferably in the events or conference industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and events, with occasional overnight stays.
