Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) leader to oversee multiple projects within the CSS BOS domain.

The successful candidate will ensure project scope, schedule, costs, and quality meet contractual commitments with stakeholders, delivering satisfaction for customers and sponsors.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with C-Level customers across various departments, acting as a representative to build trust.
  • Operational Management: Manage operational relationships with customers, including meetings and events to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Program Delivery: Ensure contract fulfillment, establish program organization, clarify scope, and secure necessary resources.
  • Solution Delivery: Deliver compliant solutions that meet contractual and business case requirements.
  • Change Management: Manage scope and change requests meticulously, assessing impacts, securing approvals, and documenting changes for transparency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership of large-scale Systems Integration programs under tight deadlines, coordinating multiple vendors and subcontractors.
  • ICT Expertise: Proficiency in ICT, BSS, with a successful track record in Operator Transformation Programs and Projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Over 10 years of experience in the ICT sector.
  • Domain Expertise: Domain expertise in BSS and OSS, including Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, vNF, cNF implementations.
  • Certification: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Skillset: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-focused skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and deliver results.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Skills: Experience with project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Telecom/IS/IT industry, especially within multi-national, decentralized organizations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Ericsson Business Process (EBP), ITIL, eTOM.
