Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on our Carpets Production Floor. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in counting and measurements, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Monitor labor attendance, work hours, and break times to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure accurate counting and measuring of carpets.
  • Address any labor-related issues promptly and maintain open lines of communication with management.
  • Maintain detailed reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise daily labor activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Team leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
