Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Pakistan operations. As Head of Islamabad Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office, driving performance improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Communication: Establish effective communication channels with the USA office, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals and priorities.
  5. Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring the office has the right skill sets to meet client demands and project requirements.
  6. Project Monitoring: Track project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize performance.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholder interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  8. Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into the company's operations and service offerings.
