About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Cold Calling specialist to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls to potential clients and leads in the USA market to introduce our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to introduce our services
• Engage with prospects through email and phone outreach to build relationships and schedule meetings
• Track, report, and analyze outreach results to refine strategies for better results
• Follow up on leads and engage with decision-makers to convert prospects into clients
• Work closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts with business goals
• Manage and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Monitor outreach performance and report back to the Team Lead
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in sales outreach and cold calling techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience related to B2B telemarketing, cold calling, and sales, marketing, or communication is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A good USA accent and proficient English for effective cold calling
• A basic understanding of sales principles and cold outreach strategies
• Resilience in handling rejection and the ability to follow up persistently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong focus on organization
