Financial Analyst and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including trial balances, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements, to provide a clear picture of our company's financial health.
Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial data analysis to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks, enabling us to make informed business decisions.
Auditing: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits to ensure that our financial records are accurate and compliant with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Accounting Management: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, calculating taxes owed, and advising on tax planning strategies.
For this role, we require:
A bachelor's degree or enrollment in CA/ACCA is mandatory.
Experience with an audit firm is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel is essential.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with the team.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial.
