  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.

  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position, preferably with people management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.

  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment is necessary.
