About this role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily digital marketing tasks for clients
  • Assist with social media management (content scheduling, engagement, basic graphics)
  • Run and monitor email marketing campaigns
  • Help manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients through virtual meetings
  • Create and manage content calendars
  • Provide administrative support when needed

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Must be available to work during US business hours
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
    • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager
    • Canva or similar graphic tools
    • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
    • Project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
