This role plays a vital part in achieving our goals by delivering projects from requirement to implementation under Agile project methods, with a focus on customer/user experience.
You will have strong expertise in Data stage 9.1, 11.5, 11.7, databases, and Unix Shell Scripting skills.
A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, demonstrable architectural/design experience in ETL/Business Intelligence projects, and knowledge of Control-M or any Scheduling tools are also required.
The ideal candidate will have experience and ability to apply SDLC methodology, deliver and support data-related infrastructure and architecture to optimise data storage and consumption across the bank.
Additionally, you will provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team.
- Strong Expertise in Data stage 9.1, 11.5, 11.7
- Strong Expertise in Databases
- Strong Experience in writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis
- Strong Unix Shell Scripting skills
- Solid understanding of Data warehousing concepts
- Demonstrable Architectural/design experience in ETL/Business Intelligence projects
- Develop and Unit Test ETL code in DataStage
- Knowledge of Control-M or any Scheduling tools
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies
- Strong understanding of BI toolset and capabilities
- Experience and ability to apply SDLC methodology
