Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality motion graphics that effectively communicate updates, features, and enhancements to users.

Your passion for visual storytelling and ability to turn complex information into clear and compelling visuals will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and videos for product updates that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and design teams to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for videos.
  • Transform raw content and data into dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics, incorporating text, images, and other multimedia elements.
  • Ensure final outputs are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communication channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest motion graphic design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in motion graphic design, particularly in creating product update or explainer videos.
  • Proficiency in motion graphic software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Knowledge of video editing tools and techniques. Basic understanding of 3D animation tools is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling and design sense, with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
