We are a rapidly expanding platform for interactive, text-based courses in computer science and advanced technologies.

As a skilled software developer, you will be part of a team delivering a cutting-edge learning platform. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our learners, authors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to solid programming principles.
  • Independently clarify technical requirements, develop coding estimates, and apply various design approaches to bring innovative solutions.
  • Review code from fellow developers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Continuously strive to elevate engineering excellence within the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement of software quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.
  • Mentor and lead developers by fostering curiosity and deep technical understanding.
  • Conduct quality reviews of project documentation and facilitate evaluation meetings.
  • Ensure the global platform architecture provides excellent agility, functionality, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and identify market opportunities and competitive threats.
Requirements:
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Good knowledge of multithreading concepts.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Typescript).
  • Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-driven with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
