As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our international business strategy and driving revenue growth.

Sales Target Achievement

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure the achievement of annual export sales and revenue targets as per our company's operating plan. This includes managing export budgets, providing timely and accurate monthly reporting, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our export portfolio.

Business Development and Expansion

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to pursue new markets, build relationships with prospective distributors, and negotiate agreements with key stakeholders in targeted regions. This involves conducting market research and visits to identify potential international markets and distribution partners for business expansion.

Collaboration and Communication

Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams, including brand, planning, and production teams, to agree on delivery schedules and specific requirements regarding product packaging and innovation.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a senior-level role of business development or international business, preferably within the FMCG category. Self-driven and result-oriented professionals with strong business acumen and relationship management skills are highly sought after.
