Job Summary

A Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of parking facilities, ensuring compliance with standards and instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with 10 years of experience in maintenance management.

This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating schedules, and preparing work priorities. The successful candidate must be able to operate light and heavy machinery, including skid loaders, dump trucks, and tractors.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules for maintenance staff
  2. Supervise minor maintenance and servicing of parking system equipment and vehicles
  3. Determine the need for outside contractors to be involved in construction projects
  4. Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs, work orders, and other operating reports
Requirements
  • B.E Electrical or Mechanical with 10 years of experience in the maintenance department
  • Awareness of modern maintenance techniques
  • A good understanding of heating, ventilation, and plumbing building services
  • Superb leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Promoting a safety-conscious working environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to influence and negotiate within a customer-focused environment
  • Controlling budgets and managing costs
  • Knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations
