Full Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications in a collaborative and agile environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), particularly React.js or Next.js on the frontend.
  • This role involves designing and implementing backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Responsibilities also include integrating and managing data with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • This is a collaborative role, working closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full stack development (React.js / Next.js + Node.js + MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
  • A strong understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.
  • Experience with MongoDB, including aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of Next.js features such as Server-Side Rendering, Incremental Static Regeneration, and static site generation is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
